RETURN POLICY: We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and merchandise. All of our items carry a 30 day money back guarantee, as long as items are returned in the same mint condition as received. If you do not wish to keep the item you have purchased, you must e-mail us at rmakdah@hotmail.com within 30 days to obtain an RMA number. You can then return it at your shipping expense for a refund of the purchase price (you get full credit for merchandise, but not the shipping cost). Once we issue an RMA number, it will be valid for 10 business days only. All returns without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. If you return merchandise for a refund that qualified your order for free shipping, the shipping costs on the original shipment will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received, a refund will be processed within 2 weeks to the original credit card used.
